Sam Bates is the co-founder of Built By Humans, a human-first web studio. He previously founded Amplify.link a music marketing SaaS product, conceiving the product from scratch, leading a cross-functional team of developers and product builders, growing it to 100,000 users, and exiting via sale in 2022. As head of a previous digital agency, Sam has guided strategy, design, and engineering for clients including Red Bull, Believe Distribution, Clarks, Media Clash, TEG Europe and Catering Services International, shipping websites and apps that improve business performance and delight users. The same operator’s mindset of clear goals, fast execution, accountable craft and forwarding thinking tech implementation now underpins how Built By Humans delivers for every client.

Nat Watson is the co-founder of Built By Humans, a human-first web studio. An award-winning UX/UI designer and full-stack developer with over 12 years of industry experience, Nat founded an animation studio at the age of 13. This studio worked with some of the most prominent names in the gaming industry and was sold in 2018.

Nat has worked with numerous companies across various industries including Shell, HAH Entertainement, and the United Nations to create industry-leading web experiences.
